As a Technical Business Analyst, I have translated complex business needs into actionable documentation and working systems for federal, commercial, and non-profit clients.  Over 25 years, I've worked with a range of stakeholders — C-suite executives, senior military officers, engineers, and frontline support personnel — to elicit requirements, analyze business flows, build data models, and modernize enterprise applications..

A trusted liaison serving both business groups and technical teams, I've helped to develop, implement, and support mission-critical systems for the Departments of Defense, State, and Homeland Security, Fortune 500 firms, and national organizations.

I approach requirements discovery by making unspoken assumptions explicit, reconciling differing perspectives, and helping stakeholders establish a shared understanding of issues and opportunities.

My work with software development, user experience, and Agile delivery is augmented by my litigation attorney background, which informs my understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
